What is your company's Return policy?
A: If the lead does not meet the criteria that we set up with you in advance, than we will replace that lead at NO COST to you. We have a “Guaranteed Quality Lead” that the lead must meet all the criteria that is set in place ahead of your campaign launching.
What happen if I received a lead that is not interested/ or not qualified?
A: We will replace this lead for NO COST. We are in this business to provide reverse leads and one of the qualifying factors is someone who is both interested and qualified to our criteria specs that are put in place before your campaign launches. We do not cap the number of returns you make and we understand that not every lead will be a billable lead.
How many times are these reverse mortgage leads sold?
A: Our Live Call Transfers are a “Warm Hand Off” from our telemarketers introducing the senior homeowner to your Loan Officers. We will inform the Loan Officer all the details that we have gathered from the Senior, so that the Senior does not feel like they have to answer the same question twice. In “real-time” we can email and/or import the lead to you directly into your CRM. We are capable of posting the lead to most every CRM on the market today.
How many leads do I needs to order? Is there a minimum?
A: We do ask that you purchase a minimum of at least 25 Live Call Transfers. In some cases for the smaller one man Loan Officer we will do a bit smaller of an initial starter pack. Please talk to our sales team.
Can this be my only marketing channel?
A: Yes, Hundreds of loan officers do just that. However, having more than one lead source is a smart move. This will allow you to have more predictability in lead flow. Just compare apples to apples and don’t try to justify leads on prices because efficiency and closing ratio is majority important.
I love the leads i am receiving and want an exclusive for a specific area?
A: We can reserve specific areas for an increase in price and minimum monthly order commitment. Give us a call so we can discuss the details.
Is your company Licensed and are your leads compliant to current applicable laws?
A: All leads are “OPT IN” and generated from landing pages covered under SecureRights mortgage licensing and that they are all DNC & TCPA compliant with TrustedForm certificate and we use LeadID as a 3rd party back-end lead verification and lead scoring system and there should not be any issues with compliance
